Glad the pain is better--you really had me worried there! And I know what you mean about realizing that you need to make better life choices--I find it interesting though, that even though I ate and drank a LOT of things at Squee Weekend that should have affected my guts, they were *fine* there, but are not happy with me now. I wonder how much of that has to do with stress, hmmmm?
(I've made the sauce with the rice noodles though, and it was yummy! Thank you again for introducing me to something I can actually eat safely!)

One of them has chef training. Part of chef training is the belief that it doesn't matter how much mess you make, the dishwasher will clean up after you.
