"Bleed" by Meshuggah is a fucking beast of a track.

I'm not really in to metal right now, but to me Meshuggah is more of a rhythmic noise experiment. It's music written by a drummer. The guitars and bass are just additional hammers beating down.

I just saw that they are playing at the Sound Academy. I believe this is their third gig in Canada in six years...I don't want to miss it, but the Sound Academy boycott is a good and righteous thing which I also believe in upholding.

I will break my boycott for that show. I love that band.
