Chloe's Programming Interferencenever_at_homeDecember 1 2010, 03:24:22 UTC
I'm thinking that Chloe programmed the Destiny to predict the location of each of the drones based on some simulation/mathematical formula. That way, they can coordinate the weapons and hit each one.

I had the uncanny feeling that Chloe helped the enemy. I mean if Eli invites her to the bridge - why would she break loose and do her own stuff rather than just go with Eli. But as so many times before I could just be wrong ;).

OMG. I certainly did not give this much thought to the aliens...I mean...the various groups of aliens. I am just hoping that they find their way out of the situation without the Faith aliens. I somehow agree with Young: their power scares me. Even if they are on our side. *Okay. I should stop commenting. I just talk a lot of nonsense*
Telford and Ursini and Youngnever_at_homeDecember 1 2010, 03:28:15 UTC
Do you think that linking to the Ursini's pod interface brainwashed Telford? Certainly Young had to consider that. I guess he's just so focused on dialing Earth that he didn't even think of the possibility of this happening to Telford again...

Yes, I do. If he had walked into the SGC and said "oh, by the way, while I was stranded on the seed ship, the Ursini put me in one of their stasis pods to feed me and talk to me", they'd have gone ape shit and buried him in a hole so deep it'd be easier to get out of by digging the rest of the way through the bottom to the other side of the Earth.

I don't know if they brainwashed him, but certainly it is possible -- he seems prone to it. On the other hand, yes, Young still has some hope of getting people home (well atleast those who want to go) but I think he did not have too many choices. He needed the Ursini just help them get the hell out of there and well, all he could hope that he can trust them. Turns out these guys are not exactly the trustworthy ones. Hard lesson.

Well, if they brainwashed Telford that would be a boring recycling of an old story line. Hence I cannot believe it. (Yeah, not exactly logical I know.) The problem is there is something about these Ursini that I like. Even though I know associating with them is no good.
I was hoping that Young would put Varro on the weapons console on the bridge to help out in the firefight. Certainly he's got to be good for something besides medic, although I guess that's a start.
Are there any other Lucians left on the ship other than Varro? They got rid of most of them when they decided who was likely to be valuable and have we even seen anyone other than Varro, Ginn and Simian?

Little double crossers. :(

Their name reminds me of a physics professor I had in college. His name was Orsini though. But the distaste is the same :)
