Artist Sign Up Post (Amended rules)
Artist Sign Up Rules:
1. You agree to make at least one (1) piece of art for a story.
2. Art can be anything from an icon series to banners to wallpaper to vids to cover art; hand drawn, photo manip, etc (Note: Soundtracks are not considered art - but you can make cover art if your author happens to have a soundtrack to go with their story)
3. No part of your art can be posted to the web/internet before your assigned posting date.
4. You must post your art to your own journal or site. A Master Post containing the link to your art will be posted on your assigned date by your author.
5. You agree to remain in contact with the mods and your author. If you go AWOL your art will be disqualified. This shouldn’t be difficult since you will only be required to send only two or three e-mails during this challenge from sign up to posting date.
6. At this moment you can only sign up as either a writer OR an artist. (This may change come closer to Claiming Day, if there are more completed stories than interested artists, this rule will be amended and/or removed completely).
6.A) Authors can now sign up to do art as well! (exceptions include: trying to let art-only participants pick stories first, and you cannot claim your own story).
7. Rules can be modified without warning or notice (but probably only if I remember something I completely forgot)
Important Dates for Artist:
* August 4: Artist sing ups close
* August 5: Claiming Day!
* August 12: You must be in contact with your author no later than this date
* August 31: Art rough draft are due
* September 9: Posting begins!
