*my cousin scott and myself created a garden in his back yard. ive spent all my time off this week working on it. it's one of the most rewarding experiences i've ever had. it's like having a child, except it doesn't suck. spending all day outside working with nature in the sun makes me hate my normal job even more ( Read more... )

If you're interested in a job that's outdoors, a big rough and so forth, you might want to consider the coast guard. I would do it myself if I hadn't joined the army first. I like working outside as opposed to in an office; even in the army.

When I was a kid I used to plant stuff in the back yard with my dad. Happy memories :)
Doesn't the mint so smell wonderful!!! Love it!
Be careful with the tomatoes cause when they're nice and ripe birds seem to peck at them.

Fuckin' move yer ass up here and get a job at one of the 8,000 organic local farms. Yeah, I know what you mean. Gardening is the new black. I hear zucchini is a really easy/plentiful thing to grow. I'm jealous. There's a foot of snow on top of my garden right now.
