Oooh, this was a fun read! I'm not normally into mpreg, but this one was brilliant! Ronon not wanting to cry in the armoury, paling at the thought of how the baby was going to be born, and then at the end:

“How are our little malfunctions?” Rodney asked

very different and unique. I'm actually surprised that there isn't more SGA mpreg. There's lots of kid!fic but hardly any mpreg. Its strange when you think about it.

Thank you! I've come across a bit of mpreg fic over the past year or so, but I think SGA tends towards the "Ancient Tech Made a Baby" a tiny bit more. You might want to check sgagenrefinders - I think they have a tag for it, if you are interested.
