Very cute - I enjoyed this very much. Too bad the jumpers don't have recording capabilites, or do they? :-)

Thank you!

No, the Jumpers don't have recording capabilities - that I know of, at least. If they did, you know Sheppard would make sure everyone heard Rodney's storytelling efforts.

Very amusing. Now I want to hear the story of Friar Carson!

Thanks!

Unfortunately, poor Carson hasn't had much in the way of adventures that would make good stories for little kids.

Thank you! Actually, a mental image is how most of my stories start out.

So cute! From John laughing so hard he practically cries to Ronon's mangled slang. And yes, the puppy pile is adorable. I bet that deep down, Rodney actually likes kids, but it would ruin his reputation.

Friar Carson? I'd love to hear that one, too... :-)

Oh dear, I had a feeling the mention of 'Friar Carson' would spawn sequel requests. I'll think about it, but I honestly don't know what I would write.

I think Rodney really doesn't know how to treat children. He's bad enough with adults! But I think he'd do his utmost to keep them from harm.

Thanks for commenting - I'm glad you enjoyed it!

You could write about how Robin Hood met Tuck and forced him to carry him across a river. Tuck retaliates by throwing Robin into the river. Somehow, you could tie this to Rodney forcing Carson to sit in the chair in Antarctica... :-)

Hmph. Clever clogs, aren't you? I think you should write about Friar Carson, in that case. *g*

No, seriously - I'm trying to finish a couple of stories for a charity auction.
