Oh yeah. Well-played. I want to comment on something specific but it just all hangs together as a piece. Very nice.

wow. that was great. i love/hate the idea of mckay doing it all on his own. although, i'm surprised that teyla and ronon didn't have a bigger role. thank you for sharing...is there going to be a follow up to this?

Thank you! I had planned on giving the two of them a bigger part in the fic but couldn't find a way to fit them in without having it be extremely awkward. (There might be? I hadn't planned on doing a follow-up at the moment, but I have a few ideas circulating in my head.)

There are so many things I like about this, I hardly know where to begin. The line about Elizabeth and Carson being gone hit me in the gut, and I love that Zelenka is happy to be free and alive. Um.. yes, anyway, much, much love for this. *is happy fangirl*

I'm sooo intruiged and curious by what could possibly be on the cd that Rodney gave to John via Lorne. Maybe a list of things To NOT Do in the Pegasus galaxy, a secret to fighting the wraith they discovered, or just Rodney telling John what he couldn't say to his face. Or to *his* John. And I loved his final rant/speech to John about abandoning the city. Because you know he's right-though you hate to admit it.

*lol* Or it could be all of the above, too. ;)

I'm glad you liked that part because we're so used to seeing the heroes standing their ground and fighting to the bitter end, and sometimes there are better options, even if it doesn't seem like it at first.
