I love au's, or what ifs. It tends to make me nostalgic.

I felt a little sad for this Rodney and the people of this universe who had to lose John, Elizabeth, Carson and then Atlantis. The interaction between John and Rodney is excellent and I just love it that John notices all these things about Rodney...

I also liked it that you had Lorne as the guy who stands by/behind Rodney in this universe.

I have great love for AU and what if fics, too, because there's always so much potential in them.

I felt badly for him actually writing it, but he still has a good support structure with Zelenka and Lorne. Not to mention Teyla and Ronon, so he's not completely alone.

Lorne's one of my favorite characters on the show, so I wanted to have him be there for Rodney the way he has been for Elizabeth.

I really enjoyed this. It's also a nice change for QM stories--most all of the ones I've read have the whole evil twin thing going on. Well done.

*Excellent*. I loved Rodney's speech about which is more important, tech or people (a great example of "show, don't tell" about how Rodney has changed), and I also wonder what's on the CD. Quantum Mirror stories rock.

Thank you! I'm happy that so many people seem to like his speech because it took me a while to find a way to get across how much he has changed. (As to what's on the CD, well...what do you think is on it? :D)
