That's my baby, James. Do you ride?

*sigh*

Yes, for years. I had to sell my babies when I moved to Japan a few years back, and I've been waiting for enough stability to invite another special someone to come into my life.

Next year!

Harper as PM, now there's a terrifying prospect. But at least everything worked out for the boys :)

It's okay, they'll do a recount, find out that Harper actually bought the votes by using Gouald technology and then they're going use his head to block an energy-sucking hole in the Stargate. Little less than a three-quarters of an hour later, the problem will be solved.

So heart this. With evil, John-seducing Caldwell, and Rodney-as-Q with his recording devices hiding as pens.

*kicks politicians* Gah, see, that's why I'm droping JE as my major and switichng to Drama. To much ass kissing. (though, if it was either John or Rodney's ass, or even better, both their asses, I'd so be all over that)

Yes, ass-kissing in some circumstances is really quite fun. *g* I was a social studies teacher for a while, and even *my* eyes glazed over during some of the political stuff.

sweet! obviously the intricacies of Canadian politics escape me (ignorant USian, after all), but I loved the dialogue in this.

though as I read, I kept thinking Caldwell had to be smarter than to take on a pissed off Rodney *and* John in combination - anyone with half a brain would avoid that at all costs.

I wouldn't have put any of it in, but otherwise there would be no way Caldwell could get to Rodney. We are having a new election come the winter, but the polls look like the liberals will be returning to power with a majority government.

Yay!
