So am I. I also returned the product key and got a $108 credit on my credit card. It took 2 hours to do the recovery discs on Thursday, and I've now put on there just about every program I need (except WordPerfect, and for that I'm either going to borrow a copy of X5 from work or get a copy off ebay).

No, I've not downloaded it into the machine. I'm guessing it's a good replacement for Microsoft Office?
