This is the first little section of my story's subplot. The pertinent information considering Helen's plot is all spelled out, and I think this will be enough to get people anxious for the rest of the story. I hope. Possibly. We'll see. ;-D

Intrigue is good! I jumped around on what I wanted the snippet to be, and I decided this would be the best. People need to know that about 1/3 of my Big Bang is a two-man play of John holding James hostage in an apartment. ;-D

Woooow, sounds fun! My big problem was coming up with a way to get Helen over the Berlin Wall, and then getting her back out at the end. That ate up a couple thousand words. ;-D

Oh, you know Helen. I'm sure someone just had a really great cake recipe she just HAD to get. In the days before internet, that could be tricky! ;-D She gets up to some heavy-duty action (in more ways than one ;-D), though.

I hope the rest of the fic lives up to the snippet! :D I'm just glad I was able to do the Berlin Wall. There's a lot of information about the Wall, but it seemed... less than helpful for my needs. :D
