just got bak from a trak meet we killed it big time we scored over 200 pts and deland got like 135 we murdered everyone

i ran 4X8 ran a 2:14 felt like a 2:09
800 ran slow 2:18 cuz i was tired as hell

bak to school and it blows bigtime i cant wait til summer
