On Saturday, we went to Moto Restaurant. I had been dying to go after reading about Chef Cantu's postmodern cuisine, and I figured, hell, it's probably the closest I'll get to El Bulli for now (next to maybe ReMake in Berlin -- but this was better). On our first day in Chicago, we decided to stop by Rick Bayless's Frontera Grill for lunch, since it was only a short walk from the hotel. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait for 30 minutes, but the service was great and the food amazing!
