Ugh, just when I think I'm finally getting just the right amount of hours, boss L goes and cuts a bunch of shifts off the schedule because business is slow (it is slow, but damn!). Of course, the two shifts I currently have at this job are both shifts that were cut, so I have no hours at all! I've definitely enjoyed not working allll the time ( Read more... ) -

The moving process has begun! Today I went to REMI and filled out my papers and payed my first months rent (only $300!), then high-tailed it to the new house and started cleaning. I made something for my mammy, and I actually finished it and gave it to her on the intended day. It's a little over 5 inches wide, is stuffed with red and pink rose buds and lavender, and has a little pocket on the black side. I think my sister was more excited about it than my mom was, oh well ( Read more... )
