The Regency & Romantic Era Corded Corset pattern that peeps got to beta test and saw at Costume College or Costume Con last year is being published mid June!  Included is a chemise pattern and a theatrical version instructions/pattern.

It's available for pre-order at $14 including domestic USA post, when the retail price will be $16+postage.  I

Hurray! I probably wait till it is ready.
I did not have much luck in pre-order last time for an V & A book. Waited couple of months after it was published.

It's only 3 weeks and I'm more optimistic about this pattern than my 2 pre-ordered books that are delayed, delayed and delayed again.
