Yeah a company was running a competition where they will send you a 1m by 1m piece of upholstery fabric for you to transform with your crafting skills and then blog about it. When I saw this pattern I just thought this was perfect for lolita.

I love the versatility of the reversible underskirt + overskirt. What about a reversible underskirt with different faces and a reversible overskirt? Overkill? Maybe?

What a gorgeous use of the navy fabric, it drapes heavenly.

I was surprised how nice the navy fabric drapes and I have another 8 metres left So I might make a summer OP with it

I might attempt a reversible overskirt if I was just going to use elastic or a tie. However with a zip I could not figure out how to make it look seamless :( There must be a way though.
