$2.00 When both of my front teeth came out. I don't think I got anything when the dentist pulled all four of my Wisdom teeth. That was done with intravenous anesthetic, so I think that was outpatient surgery in her office.

I love Twelve Dancing Princesses. I had a book when I was a little girl with the most beautiful illustrations for this fairytale. Every princess' dress was a different color and fabric and pattern, and I used to spend hours just looking at them in awe and trying to figure out which one I would want for myself. I Look Fat Today
I've been struggling with my weight for 14 years now. Ever since I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidsm six months before my wedding, I have been on this never ending battle to keep my weight down.
