So I'm at Margie and Dan's. I got my computer back for repairs a few days ago and it said they couldn't replicate the issue but they replaced the wireless network card. I brought both computers to my sister's place, and today I decided to set up the new one. First it went through about 2 hours (literally) of updates. Then I logged into the internet

I hope they can figure out what's wrong with your computer. That's always frustrating.

I understand your frustration with your computer. I have a newish Samsung laptop (about a year and a half old), and the space bar would never work. The words would cram in togetherlikethis. I don't have how many times I brought it in for the Geek Squad to take a look at it. Finally I lost my patience and told them they had to fix it. They also said it was an unreplicable problem, but they checked it in, kept it for a week or so, and when it came back, it worked fine. Until earlier this summer. I don't know if I'm not hitting the space bar hard enough, but the problem does seem to be returning. I plan to keep an eye on it, and if worst comes to worst, I'll bring it back to them.

I hope your sister's friend's son can come up with a solution for you. Good luck!

Oh my god, that's super frustrating. For the money we pay for these things, we should be getting much better products!
