Oh no! I'm so sorry, bb. That blows. :(( Wishing you plenty of good luck! I had one of those problems before and it was a total pain in the ass. At that point I had so many computer problems that I swear they just gave me a new one to get rid of me. Hopefully you get Mr. Willis back soon!
