Time flies...

Wow, has it really been 4 days since I last updated? I have a teensy small chapter almost ready to go, but it's been difficult to write this week. I hate to be all blah-blah-I'm-sick-blah because it seems like I'm always saying that and honestly, how annoying is that, but blah, I'm sick. I hate constant colds and I hate my sinuses. HATE. And I ( Read more... )

Yay! This time it turns out I'm doing something quite mean, I'm waiting until you've finished.:| But I couldn't help looking at some chapters and... I like it.:)

I'm sorry to hear you're sick. I've been feeling like crap the whole last week... I really didn't need that. I hope you'll feel better soon! *hugs*

I watched some GA episodes some time ago. Occasionally I liked it, when it wasn't concentrating on relationship drama. So, generally, it's not my thing. I did watch half of the episode with Gale and found I could ignore most of the other things that were going on - luckily. From what I've seen so far, I thought Gale did fine.

I want to do a Holiday Wishlist post. Hopefully I will have time to do that tomorrow after shopping. *nods* Isn't anybody else going to do Holiday Wishlist this year????I don't know... I was wondering about that, too. I only know two people who have posted a wishlist so far. Last year around this time, I posted my list. I actually tend towards not making a ( ... )

Yeah, the whole bits with the romantic entanglements were just too much. Gale did a really good job with his part, though.

I still haven't had time to do Holiday Wishlist. *sigh*

I'm sorry you weren't feeling well and I would like to send a special hotline to your doctor just for you! I hope you now have the drugs you need and a good overcoat to wear to work when they screw up the heating. *Hugs & smooches you back, while glaring at doctor and work supervisors*

The money raised at the Christmas sale sounds very good. Especially since you're just one organization and it was just one weekend.

I'm glad (and relieved) to see you back. As a mother, I've developed the "worry" gene.

I'm generally better all weekend and then I go back to work and by Wednesday I want to kill someone. I mean, on the weekend the nose still bugs and I still sniffle, but not to the degree that it happens at work. So I don't know if it's just because I'm more active during the week and get less sleep, or if work affects it (which I wouldn't discount, because I don't think our air systems and all that have been cleaned in the 8 years I've worked there.) Argh, I don't want to go in tonight!

I love you. That said, I'm not going to comment on a thing you said. :)

I will say, though, that I have been watching GA since it started, and if you go into a show like this mid-run, you're going to get confused. Obviously. If you're watching it just to see a co-star and haven't bothered to get caught up, of course you're not going to be in the mood, in the story, in the arc at all. How do you think someone could have entered QAF easily at, oh, 310? *eyebrow*

GA used to be a great show, in my estimation. Right now, it's good-plus, but it'll get great again. I know it.

Since it's clear we aren't going to agree about Gale, I won't say a word. Your LJ and all. :) Check mine out for my thoughts.

I wasn't confused. Oh sure, about why Girl A likes Guy B or whatever, yeah. But that stuff didn't matter to me.

I don't watch TV. So when I do watch something and I see the level of acting ability, on all shows, across the board, it comes across as pretty abysmal. There are some that "rise above" (hee!) and I think that Gale managed it here.

Nice to talk to you, btw! I've been horrible at keeping in touch. When Nano is over I'll try to be better! *blows kisses*
