It is interesting to read studies, research papers, to talk to people deeply and passionately involved in any field; They almost unanimously insist that some property of what we call `change' is gaining intensity at a subjectively astounding rate, or occasionally a malformed attempt at ratifying the rates based on one or more relative measurements ( Read more... )

We are not that complex. We live, we eat, we fuck, we defecate, we die.
Sometimes over analyzing things is our downfall and this is why I don't smoke pot any more.

Go ahead but leave me out of your madcap scheme. I refuse to get so far into my head that I implode. Every once in a while, the S/A says man you are difficult to live with and I tell him imagine what it is like on THIS side of my head.

Simply that I am able to see, I realize that I care not to blur it with drugs any longer. Impressionist or surrealist as it may be, beautiful and horrifying in and of themselves, what exists as an apart from it, et fringe and in camera alike, is an explosion.

This implosion you speak of... is rage turned inward.
