To bring everyone up to date

I realise that a lot of you are Irish and pretty much up to date with my life. But a friend in the states was surprised to hear I'd lost my job two years ago (near enough).

So, I got sick. Very sick. Unbelievable agonising cramps. Turned my vision black on more than one occassion.

Took over a year of invasive examinations to get diagnosed, including
