I thought the lawsuit was over the fact that the security people released the footage online? Or am I mistaken?

Watching her talk about it it seemed that she was suing the mall because she could have been hurt. Even so, you can't make out a face on the video so if she'd only kept her mouth shut it would have faded into obscurity like so many other internet fads.
