She's suing the mall because she fell into the GIANT RUNNING FOUNTAIN. Did I mention that she works, or worked at this mall? Oh, and she has prior convictions for fraud, and for a hit and run involving PARKED CARS. My guess - especially since the fall looks faked, without even an attempt to catch herself - is that she fell into the fountain on purpose for the purpose of setting up a lawsuit in the hopes of recouping her losses from her prior court appearances. That, or she's just really that stupid. I'm not sure which option hurts my wounded faith in humanity more.
