We went to the "Rheinwelle" - indoor pool.
I swam (only) 1000m and I already feel that my muscles will be really sore tomorrow. Along the way, I also managed to swim faster than the 200m limit for the German sports badge. I needed 7:00 and swam 5:02 in a very crowded pool. Must be possible to swim much faster. Hm.
Now there are only 2 tasks left:

lustig, wir hatten heut auch seit längerem wieder mal was vom mc donalds - bei uns sind die los wochos und da gibts echt feine sachen! :o)

Seit's diesen Chicken Wrap gibt, bin ich echt gern dort. Vor allem in Gau-Algesheim. Die machen das Zeug immer ganz frisch und dann ist er soooo schön knusprig und heiß... *schwärm*
