Ochin khorosho. It does my heart good to know you are writing the poetry again. You have done very well. I know things have been difficult for you lately, so to see the creative spirit comes through is good. I hope you are doing well, Serious Cat.

Oh Serious Cat, this is just wonderful.

Come my lovely princess, let us ride in the wind.
Don't you care about your health? What's wrong with you? You live on nothing. Corn syrup, corn, corn related sh*t. Chicken made of soy? What the hell is that? Soy is isolated. Isolated from the protein that keeps you alive. You are being fed, like a fat cow awaiting slaughter. Bone-froth pusher.
Where is the quality of life promised? Where are the lowered cancer rates? Where are the cures to the man made diseases?

I have printed out this part (don't worry, you are duly credited) and have it framed above my bed.

Please, do not deprive the world of your love poetry. It is far too exquisite for you to wait another three decades before writing and sharing another love poem.

That second to last stanza about being attacked by billboards and rising up in dissent was beautiful, Serious Cat. Simply beautiful. You have stirred my heart up to dissent against those that would keep me down.

You speak beautiful truths, sir.

Even as a love poem, it still stirred my heart. It was a nice blend of images. Digression is alright, IMO, because you still kept the whole poem fluid and together.

Also, I am a girl. But please, don't stop posting your poems!
