The hour which is now, in the present time is believed to be 6:44 pm amerika eastern. I are serious Cat.
  It has become 11 days, since may 5th I have not left apartment. Sufferer from serious headache caused by bad memories.  Been suffered from past times horror imagery.
  Many thinking of bad times, have been corroding the mind of me.  moi oom

I see that you like the game checkers. I am quite good at checkers. I would like to challenge you on Internet checkers if you're not leaving the house anytime soon. Actually I would love to challenge you, but this one guy always comes over and plays checkers on my computer so I can not!! King me!

Serious Cat, I tell you this for your good health: you may have something called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and I suggest you research this if you have the opportunity. This is a disorder where someone will have bad memories very suddenly, and those memories will make person very agitated. This affects your life very much. It may be worth seeking help. Otherwise, I hope it is helpful for you to write to friends here, that it helps you sort through these things. You are a good man, Serious Cat, and I wish you good health and good life. Keep writing.

Ilya, I thank you for kind words. At times lately, these words to be uplifting. I mention PTSD to doctor. Have appointment to see next week.

I took a semester of psychology in school and we talked about PTSD for about ten minutes... trust me you do NOT need to see a doctor for this, you just need to relax a lot and do some stretches.
