What I wouldn't give to be there when they ran off. Molly being denied to plan her only daughter's wedding is like Japan poking the US in the eye back in the day. Ouch. I love the little scene, domestic and sums up the feeling Ginny and Harry fought for.

Damn, three kids riding his back and he's still moving. For an old man getting along in his years, Harry is still fit. :D

Old is a relative term, especially in wizard years. Harry's only about 29 in that scene and he's an Auror, too, so I would hope he'd still be fit enough to play on the floor with his kids. ;D

Wow...I can't believe this story is finished. I found this story a bit late in the game...just when you were only a few chapters away from finishing up. I've read sooo many HP fanfictions lately, especially the ones that are DH & epilogue compliant and I think this is THE BEST post-DH, pre-epilogue fiction out there. All of the characters are so well written...very in-character. All the emotions, angst, romance and action are JK Rowling worthy. You have written such a brilliant fic. I remember reading one of your comments that you don't plan on writing any more sequel but have you ever thought of writing one-shots of Harry & Ginny's life in the future? I just finished re-reading SO & ID in its entirety and I miss it so much. I hope you will consider writing one shots in the future. :)

I was cleaning up some files the other day and came across a one-shot I wrote years ago -- probably during the early stages of ID -- and never posted anywhere. I might clean it up and post it on AO3 when I get through posting ID there, but at this point I don't see me coming up with any more.
