I AM BEING HARRASSED BY SOME CRAZY MIDDLE EASTERN TELEMARKETER WHO KEEPS CALLING ME EVERY MINUTE. LITERALLY. 12 TIMES IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. AND THAT WAS ONLY THE LAST TWENTY FUCKIN MINUTES.

You could always just pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Or start talking at him at extreme length until he hangs up.

I'm just wondering whether it really is a telemarketer or some deranged stalker! You should definitely threaten him with the police, and if he calls back again, follow through with it and call the cops. Record his voice if you have a mobile phone or camera that can act as a voice recorder.
