I don't know who "riot" is, but I totally agree with what this guy says, as I see a lot of this going on right now, and not just with celebrities:

I was in the biggest quake ever!
Wow Man! I was just in the middle of the biggest earthquake Japan has experienced in the last 140 years of written history, and whats suppose to be the 7th largest earthquake in the worlds history!

Shady Resident Agency in Japan
Last night my husband went to the resident agency to pay the rent and was handled by the president of this small company.
