As of now I just got home from the bank down the road after meeting with someone from Identity theft prevention.  After changing my pin and account number they have my card being put under surveilance to ensure nothing else fraudulent happens, can't get the money back until they catch whoever did hit my accounts, though are giving me a portion back ( Read more... )

So, I saw Golden Compass earlier, after having been warned away from it by friends, and also encouraged to see it by other friends. The stigma of "ZOMG Atheist writer, that means it must be EVIL!" warning obviouslly means nothing to me given my own opinions on how the order of creation works, but I digress. After many an angry night and day lacking the internets I am now BACK.

So after 20 angry calls to AT&T I MAY be getting my access back tonight, the ultimatum is that if it's not on by 5 PM we're calling Comcast and getting their services instead.
