I really liked them all, bt these three were my favs.
Attention He enjoys watching the rise and fall of her chest, listening to the murmur of her sleep addled speech; it’s his secret comfort that she’s similar to the machines he tends to. This one made me stop and reread it. It feels perfectly in character.
King He wakes up struggling in a pool of sludge when he hears Eight’s voice, “Welcome back, Seven.” AHAHAHAHAH. That would be AWESOME.
Time Time is unkind for as his body frays and ages she will remain the same, always the same. And this one makes me sad and made me catch my breath.
The time one is a favorite of mine as well and it kind of inspired the title "Of Tithonus and Aurora," a mortal given immortality, but continued to grow old while his divine wife never aged.
As for Tyrol being Seven that would be the best unexpected shock ever.
Oooh, these 50 sentence stories are always so unusual (you should read the fantastic Kara/Leoben version out there). I loved how "Seven" woke up in his new body! Was that real? Not a dream? And also how Tyrol stayed with Sharon after Helo's death. Very, very well done, thank you.
This whole thing is pheenomenal. I was going to name the specific ones that I enjoyed the most but that would be all of them so I stopped. I actually had to copy down the "Book" one so I can read it over and over again.

For the "Seven" sentence, I like to think that it was real in one reality (because in that section I make him die four different ways).
I love that section where Tyrol stays with Sharon because while he knows she doesn't love him like Helo, he still wants to comfort her.
