Thank you Kate - Banbury wrote such a multi-layered story about an intense relationship, so that was what I was going for with the artwork... on the other hand, they're such gorgeous men, so any excuse really to fiddle with their pixels *g*
I loved the cover art for this story. The use of the different fonts was very effective and I liked the way the two images merged. I love different meetings -always food for thought!
Thank you so much - I was trying to reflect Banbury's story of two people who are intensely intermingled, and the fonts nearly drove me nuts trying to get them to look right!
What a great story from a different perspective and meeting place. I loved the way it came full circle. The artwork is fantastic and so evocative of film noir. Great job!
I really liked the concept, and the fact that they had a sort of mutual physical connection but that the spiritual one was still lying in wait for them, as it were. And I liked how Simon was more ordinarily jealous of a change in friendship rather than homophobic, even though it was hard for the guys to discern that.
I like Kate's description of the art as crisp. The contrasts and the nearly all neutral colours works very well together.
