Sadly, it’s inevitable because he'll never want Saga the way he wants him.
Comments: Meeh ;-; so here we are - at the last part ;-;. I thank anyone who has ever read this or any of my works. Soo...since the past 3 parts have been basically Saga's point of view, I figured now should be a good time to shift this last part to Tora's point of view. I'm sure a lot of people are wondering how he feels about all this o_o;

"I love you."
Those three words had been directed towards him like a slap in the face. Normally it wouldn't be much of a big deal since Tora had been used to the routine countless of times. No matter who it was from, he never made a big deal of any of it. The only difference to this situation was that it came from someone who meant more to him than a fling or a one night stand.
He knew it! He just knew it! All this time, Saga had acted unusually strange around him and he often caught himself pondering about it. Saga was not your average pick-a-fight-to-show-your-pride kind of guy like majority of the guys he knew. Tora's mind was constantly thinking and making excuses in his mind. Denial, wasn't it? He remembered that very day when they were little teenager boys, and he remembered the way Saga had said it so carelessly yet so lovingly with certainty in that tone of voice. Saga's voice had sounded so longing and somewhat...content. It was as if he was okay with the fact that two guys can be together more than friends. Tora didn't really care about the idea of two men together, just so as long as it has nothing to do with him. But that was the thing - Saga meant everything to him, and Tora didn't know what to do. He was in a tight spot, and the look Saga was giving him right now had his heart racing and pushing out of his chest.
Exactly what did he feel for this man? He was certain that he cared about him. He cared about Saga so much. But the question was: Would he consider letting himself be something more? If he rejected Saga right then and there, what would happen then? Tora looked away from those big brown eyes, because that puffy pouty cute face was nothing more but a distraction.
"Tora?"
Tora felt a slight shift in the couch, and he immediately turned around in fear that Saga was going to get up and run away. He already knew the habits from the back of his hand. Saga's solution to everything was to always run away from his problems. No matter how many times Tora had tried to change his friend's habits, it was inevitable. As soon as Tora turned around, he came face to face with Saga's and he couldn't deny the fact they their faces were incredibly close. Out of subconscious, he immediately shifted backwards and cursed in his mind. Shit. Saga was going to see this situation the wrong way. Fuck.
Saga sighed, and shifted his glance anywhere but Tora's. Damn it. Was he going to leave now? Saga couldn't expect him to just be okay and not think about the consequences...did he? He was almost too scared to ask, but he sucked in a breath and decided to ask anyway. At least right now, they were being honest with each other.
"You're not...gonna leave are you?"
"Do you want me to?" Saga asked softly, staring at the clock on the white wall beside him. "I know this is a lot for you to take in...but I feel like I should be tell you this now. Now is better than later...or never."
Tora noticed that Saga's voice had sounded shaky, and he had prayed to the Gods that Saga wouldn't cry and walk out on him right then and there. He was thinking of all the possible things to tell Saga. Something about this situation that will make him at ease. But the fact was that he just needed some time to think things through. If he were to consider going out with Saga, this would actually be his first attempt at a real relationship.
"Saga, I want to be honest with you," Tora said, shifting a little closer. "I do love you but - I'm just not sure if it's the kind of love I can give you...well...I'm not so sure at least."
Saga's shoulder tensed for a moment before Tora found Saga looking up at him with with an unreadable expression. It looked like Saga was thinking hard for a moment and Tora waited patiently. The silence was awkward, and Tora wanted nothing more but to crawl into a shell.
Finally with a sigh, Saga decided to break the tension and he looked up at Tora without looking directly into the brunette's eyes.
"I'm sorry. This must be so troublesome," Saga said with a little embarrassed laugh and a sniff. "I can't live with the idea of not telling you. Maybe I'll fall out of love with you - maybe not. But if it's going to damage our friendship forever, I'd rather try my hardest to shift my feelings towards a different direction than cause you so much trouble. I bet you liked things the way they were before right?" Saga sighed. "I'm sorry I can't do anything to change this right now..."
"No...you don't need to be," Tora said, surprised with what had just slipped between his lips. "You're different. I can't help but wonder if I do feel something for you - other than friendship I mean," He muttered embarrassed, and quickly shifted his gaze away from Saga's.
He didn't know what it was, but the thought of being with Saga intimately didn't exactly repel him either. Tora wondered if he was that ashamed of being seen intimately with another person of the same gender. Of course he was. That was the shallow part of him he would never admit. But if he were to commit himself to Saga, everything would be different. He wouldn't be able to live the way he normally did. No more fooling around with beautiful strangers or careless drinking and one night stands. But he was confident that Saga would change him for the better. If it made Saga happy, surely it would make him happy as well. He could try...
"S-So...what does that mean?" Saga asked with a curious stare. "I don't want you to consider anything you wouldn't do for my sake. Please don't spare my feelings. The last thing I want is your pity."
"What do you think it means?" He asked with an eyebrow raised, and he could have sworn his heart was going to burst out of his chest as Saga shifted closer to his bigger frame.
"I think...that there's a 90% chance that you may fall for me? And...you're willing...or at least that's what I think...or not," Saga's voice trailed off into little murmur to the point where Tora was convinced he was speaking gibberish.
"Well you are cute," Tora chuckled as he saw Saga's eyes widen and his cheeks turned slightly hot. "I am willing to make you the only exception."
"What?" Saga asked in disbelief, as he suddenly recoiled and shifted backwards a bit from Tora. "Are you serious?"
"Didn't you just say there was a 90% chance that I would fall for you? And I was willing? For god sake Saga...sometimes I don't think you even listen to yourself when you speak. Should I take that back?"
"No no no!" Saga exclaimed as he wrapped his arms around Tora's and held on for dear life. "I'm just...I'm just surprised that's all. You've always seemed to tense up everytime a guy got too close to you, and I figured you just didn't want anything to do with another guy at all..."
"I don't," Tora sighed, but he was startled when he felt Saga's grip on him loosen all of a sudden. "But - like I said. You're not just any guy are you?" He asked, feeling Saga's grip on him tighten once more. He had to admit, he was enjoying this feeling right now.
"But...why?" Saga asked. "This doesn't sound like you," He mumbled, eying Tora with a suspicious stare.
"Don't get the wrong idea," He smirked, pinching Saga's cheek. Saga twitched with a startle and slapped at Tora's hand - obviously a simple gesture for the man to let go. "That doesn't mean I like guys. I'm positive if I were to end up with any guy in general, it can only be you."
Tora found himself loving the fact that Saga would only come to him when he needed anything, and for some strange reason, he envisioned Saga running to Shou with a pouty look on his face. He thought about the horrible things he had said about homosexuals, and he knew Saga must have been hurt by his insensitive comments. Had Saga been running to Shou during those times? His fist automatically tightened and he felt his nails digging into the palm of his hand. So Shou knew all this time didn't he? Was that why that bastard stayed silent? To silently rub it in his face? Saga seemed to notice Tora's arm tense and quiver. He lightly shook Tora's shoulder with his brows furrowed.
"What's wrong Tora? What are you thinking about?" Saga asked, tapping a forefinger against Tora's chin.
"Nothing," Tora snorted, and he knew Saga didn't buy any of it. No idiot would consider this sort of behavior as normal. Tora's dark eyes shifted towards Saga's, and right back to anywhere but his friend. The curious expression on the man's face was making him feel nervous and embarrassed. This was nothing but plain awkward.
"Tell me," Saga pressed on, scooting closer as he rested his chin on Tora's shoulder. "You might as well since we're being honest," Saga exaggerated at the 'honest'. "C'mon. Spill the beans."
"You never...had any sort of... I unno," Tora muttered, and tossed both of his arms in the air. "Sort of feelings for Shou in the past have you? I don't care - I'm curious." Tora muttered lowly with some sort of bitterness in his voice.
He was feeling sort of possessive over his best friend, but to him that didn't mean anything. He would have been overprotective even if he saw Saga as only a friend. He would have hunted down anyone who would have tried to take Saga away from him. That was probably why he saw Shou as nothing but a best friend robbing pest. Maybe one day Shou would really succeed in taking Saga away from him. He was afraid to think about the day. Like hell that day would happen. Tora would do everything in his power to prevent it. He snapped out of his thoughts when Saga's face came into view with his once more.
Saga looked at him with his eyes suddenly widening, then his gaze shifted to a look of amusement. Tora raised an eyebrow at him as if saying 'Awh crap what now'.
"W-What?" Saga asked with a laugh and a snicker, and bit his lips as if he was trying to hold in some sort of laughter or chuckle. "Are you kidding me? You're jealous already?"
"You know I never am!" Tora exclaimed, shooting a glare at Saga who shrugged it off carelessly. "Why would I? It's just Shou. That guys got nothin' on me."
"I take back what I said earlier," Saga sighed. "I'm now 98% sure now," He smiled and tossed a right leg over Tora's thighs until he made himself comfortable on Tora's lap.
"Went up 8% huh?" Tora muttered, amazingly not surprised with Saga's sudden fearless actions. "What makes you so certain?" He asked, curiously as he looked up at Saga who was propped up on his lap in a thinking posture.
"Oh please," Saga huffed. "If I'm that important to you, I'm sure my chances are already high, yes? No matter. I'm going to work hard...and earn your love. " He gave Tora a determined look that told him he meant serious business. "I hope you take me seriously, Tora. Because I don't think I'll ever forgive you if you look at this as a game."
"Never," Tora almost answered immediately. "You're...different." Tora stroked Saga's cheek with the back of his fingers, and that simple gentle gesture made Saga smile cheekily.
"Mm soo...does that now make you..."
"Don't say it. I'm still straight." Tora shot him a stern look, and Saga countered with that look. It was the look of a dog's ears dropped down as if he was being yelled at by his master.
"Sagasexual?"
"..........."
"I kid," Saga laughed. "But...I'm not a girl. Don't I mean anything to you?" Saga mumbled with his eyes wide in shock. He shifted closer slowly, and slid his arms around Tora's shoulders and snuggled into the nape of Tora's neck. "Guess only girls turn you on," He mumbled with his lower lip slightly jutting out. Tora felt Saga pout against his skin and he suddenly felt his skin shuddering softly. He found himself waiting in anticipation of what Saga was going to do next.
On purpose. So on purpose! Tora could feel Saga's breath caressing his neck as the brown headed man spoke. He could feel Saga's soft lips shifting softly against his heated skin and before he knew it, Saga had already caught him off guard. How in the world did he get into this position?! Saga had already pressed him against his couch, trapping him...in his own damn house! If they were going to ever be together, there was no damn way he was going to be the girl.
"You should practice you're little skills of seduction. You're still a noob aren't you?" Tora asked, attempting to roll his eyes and stay calm and not show any signs of weakness. Tora guessed it was a habit. Since they were young, Saga had automatically given Tora that sort of image of strong, cool and courageous. It was kind of silly but Tora treasured his pride and that image was forever burned into his personality. Unfortunately for him, Saga was trying to break that wall of pride with a friggin' bulldozer.
"Tora," Saga mumbled, giving Tora a soft nuzzle before he looked up at Tora again.
Tora sat there watching Saga with an expectant look as Saga was returning the stare, except his was full of longing and wonder. He finally realized that within the past few seconds, he didn't feel nervous at all.
Tora gaze softened as he gazed into Saga's light brown orbs. How did he miss the smallest features in the man before him. It wasn't often that he'd use the term 'beautiful', but Saga truly was the definition of gorgeous. Not many people were blessed with such soft porcelain skin with such natural bright eyes. Saga's body frame wasn't the manliest, nor was it too curvy and feminine. For once, Tora took the time to appreciate what he had all these years. Tora briefly wondered what it would be like to kiss him, or possibly...
His mind never had a chance to finish that thought because Saga gaze had become hooded and his lips were already pushed softly and flush against Tora's. The brunette's eyes snapped open, and his mouth opened as he inhaled a breath of air due to the shock. Saga's eyelids fluttered open as those brown orbs watched him with a teasing grin before he took Tora's bottom lip into his mouth and gave it a little playful tug.
The husky sound emitting from Tora's throat seemed to spur Saga on when the smaller man pushed his body closer in encouragement, coaxing Tora to stop thinking and go with the feeling. By that time Tora had thrown all caution into the wind and curled his long fingers around the base of Saga's neck to pull him even closer. He could feel Saga's body tense and shudder against Tora's touch. The corner of Tora's lips curled into a smirk in between Saga's sudden frantic kisses. Tora never thought he would live to see the day he'd see himself getting hard and hot for another male - at all. The fact that he could feel a certain bump press against his abdomen insistently had his heart racing in excitement; especially since the person who was making him feel this way was Saga.
His large hands trailed down to hold Saga's hips down against his sudden growing need and his ears were graced with the sound of Saga's soft whimpers and throaty moans against his damp mouth. He soon found both hands sliding up his neck, and fingers tangling themselves in his dark silky hair. Saga's fingers softly started to massage Tora's scalp and the brunette groaned softly in appreciation.
Soft needy gasps and pleading whimpers only added fuel to the fire and Tora only felt more encouraged to do more, anything to pull those sounds out of Saga, he would do it consecutively until he was satisfied. Tora couldn't seem to keep his eyes completely closed because he loved the sight of Saga's eyebrows furrowed in concentration, the way his cheeks were tinted pink in embarrassment or arousal, or how Saga's tongue slid lewdly against his lips and tongue.
"Saga," He couldn't help but let out a muffled groan as he forced his lips harder against Saga's in persistence. Saga sighed and a shaky breath followed with another moan when Tora broke their kiss to slide his mouth against the hollow of Saga's neck. Nothing could prevent him from this sudden spontaneous bliss until Saga suddenly yelped out a Shit! but there was nothing wrong with that because of his moving hands until he heard a breathy voice mouthing out a Shou!
"What?!" Tora gripped the sides of Saga's arms and pulled him away with a disbelief look on his face.
"Ugh no! It's not what you think!" Saga exclaimed as he gripped Tora's shoulders and shook him hard. "I almost forgot about Shou! He's still at my place!" Saga frowned in worry as he made a quick move off of Tora's lap and stumbled towards the door.
"Whoa whoa wait! The whole time we've been making out, you've been thinking about him?! And-!" He looked down at his growing need still trying to push its way out of his jeans. "You're gonna leave me like this!" He frowned as Saga sighed and wrapped his arms around Tora's wrist to pull him along.
"I'm sorry Tora! I'll make it up to you I promise! Just come with me for now." Saga was already running towards the door and he started slipping into his shoes while Tora let out a ramble of incoherent grumbles while he put his shoes on as well.
"I would have come if you didn't mention that bastard's name," Tora muttered, and watched Saga run around the kitchen counter grabbing at Tora's cell, keys and wallets when he rushed out the door with Tora at his heel.

Tora was amazed by the speed Saga was driving, and he could have pissed in his pants if he lacked the control to calm himself down. Saga was driving like a fricking lunatic he was surprised he got away without getting any tickets or running anyone over. He wondered why Saga would bother going through all this trouble for Shou when he could have just called Shou from his cell and talk to him there. Then again, Tora was being the usual paranoid self again. Saga said he loved him, didn't he?
He made his way after Saga as the shorter man made his way up to his apartment. Keeping up with Saga wasn't much of a difficult task, but what was going to be difficult was facing Shou. He was probably going to have another brawl or tension with Shou. Sadly, Saga had already unlocked the door and rushed right in.
"Shou!" Saga exclaimed as he nearly kicked off his shoes and ran right into the living room that was connected to the kitchen.
Saga seemed relieved to see Shou lying lazily on the couch watching some random morning anime on TV. Shou sat up and turned around with a grin on his face. His cheeky grin immediately faltered and turned into a disappointed pout.
"I see he took it well...again," Shou mumbled with a groan.
"Oh really? How did you think I was going to take it?" Tora asked with that tone of sarcasm in his voice. Saga pulled at Tora's arm and shot him a warning glare. Tora snuck a quick glance at Saga and rolled his eyes before he looked away in shame. After a moment, he looked at Shou half heartedly, but he meant the words that were going to come out of his mouth that moment. "I uh...I'm sorry. For all that shit I said-" Tora was cut off with a sharp nudge in the rib from Saga's elbow.
Tora looked up to see Shou's eyebrow raise up as if waiting for Tora to continue his apology speech. Shou was going to torture him out of revenge wasn't he? He wanted to twitch in annoyance and tackle Shou to the floor and duke it out right then and there, but the obvious choice was to not turn Saga's apartment into a slaughter house. Oh, perhaps slaughter sounded a little too violent hm?
"I apologize," He said sternly, and he stared at Shou straight on for a response. Seemed like Shou was gaping at him in shock.
"What have you done to him?" Shou asked in bewilderment. He looked at Saga for an explanation. "Don't tell me you buried the jackass in him within an hour and a half."
'Stay calm Tora....stay calm.'
"We managed to work things out. You should be proud of him. It takes a lotta guts to take all this in. Let alone all this in a morning," Saga laughed and gently pushed at Shou's head. "So would you both please shake hands and get...a...along?" Saga's cheeky grin vanished at the sight of both men stared him down. Did Saga want to get strangled alive? Not so much.
A/N: Yeeey >( ! Somehow I didn't think this should come to an end completely, so I was thinking about continuing it in a different multi chapter fic. I unno I just feel like another story has to be told after this >.< ! Plus, Shou has yet to make more of an appearance o: Oh also, those of you who have read and haven't commented, please do (only for this part. If you can). Cause I just wanna know who has actually been following o_o; I'm not a bitch about comments or anything o.O; (I could care less). I'm just curious to know how many people have read this that's all x). And if y'all don't wanna it's cool too xP.
