I really liked seeing these two interact. You've given Catherine so much background and character, all on her own. I loved seeing her find her passion independent of what her father or fiancee loves. That the passion still leads her to the Stargate seems like destiny to me. :) And Susan you've brought to full, vivid, and painful life. I'll admit my knowledge of The Last Battle is extremely vague (I think I read when I was like 11?), but your Susan characterization is so wonderful and full of life that it's my head canon now. :) Thanks for making both of these lovely ladies shine and so brightly too.
