Ponds, Shakespeare and Sherlock

I rather like the idea of Pond Life. I hope people outside the UK will be able to get it. Nice way to bring people up to speed with the Ponds' character arc, and I thoroughly approve of anything that reminds us that the characters have a life between episodes.

Last year's three words were Woman, Hound, Fall. I'm pretty sure Wedding refers to 3.02 (by which time I'm pretty sure Sherlock and John will have already got back to normal) (though with these guys I won't bet on it).

But in the original, of course, Watson was married. And in their own weird way, they've been pretty faithful to ACD.

I was only saying that, whosever wedding it is, it's in episode two and I don't think Moffat and Gatiss will let John go half the season without knowing Sherlock's alive. But I could be wrong.

And finally, I'm Britpicking an enormous but wonderful Young Sherlock fic. I won't say whose it is but the boys are in good hands - it's well plotted, hot, perfectly capturing the English upper classes and filled with utterly credible character studies of the characters we have come to love. You people are in for a real treat.
