Jeeze, and I thought Texas drivers were bad! We usually get two kinds here, the kind who drive like conditions are still optimal so they make it dangerous for everyone around them when they lose control, and those who freak out when the weather just threatens and they drive like 10 feet of snow is on the ground and they are trying to plow through it so they are driving so slowly they are causing major backups and accidents.
