I've heard my fair share of drunken proclamations of friendship, but for sheer creativity, Kaleb's from last weekend has to be my favorite. While explaining to me how he's always got my back, he dropped this gem:

All the local politicians must be cracking open the champagne.

A usual source of frustration among roommates is one person who lives with you but doesn't pay rent.
In my case, the problem is that I pay rent but don't live there.
