Oh my god, this part is sexy and heartbreaking all at once. I always want them to be together forever even though I know they won't be. The part where he realizes he loves/loved Snafu is enough to make you tear up because of course it was.

As simple and maybe lame as a few words are, it's true.

Simple? Lame? You kidding me? That was about the best comment I ever got. Talk about making my day... Honestly, you got me flailing with happiness. (And normally I do not flail. Ever. I'm stoic.)
Oh, now I want to write more, though I wasn't planning on writing any Sledge/Snafu in the near future. But who knows when inspiration strikes, huh.

And ohh, I just saw you posted a new fic! I have to say I'm totally in love with all your Snafu/Sledge fics, but they honestly left me so lost for words that I didn't know what to comment. I'll try my best to give a proper reply this time -- don't blame me if it ends up being a lot of incoherent squeeing.

I'm crying.This makes me so incredibly depressed and over joyed at the same time. I can't believe how well you did this. It's beyond words really. You kept them both so well in character and made such a dynamic relationship. It was also so well written that it ignites such emotion. If I could quote something I would but really, it's all so amazing I wouldn't even know where to start.
All I can say that this is fantastic, you're awesome.

Well, I'm just incredibly over joyed that you like it! Really. And it's great to hear that I kept them in character. I'm never really sure about that while writing.

Love all of this!!

My favorite part, other than every hot sex scene, was Sledge's game of touches in part 2. Brilliant!!!   It was a distraction for his healing mind, a way he could stay oblivious to his and Snafu's feelings kind of - yet engaged in his desires, and he gave Snafu plenty of frustration to build on. So awesome. So really really awesome. Wish I had worthy words to express this - the whole story killed me, just like the very best Sledge/Snafu stuff should.
