Snake got sorted into the logical one too.

Okay, I was shocked at first, but I immediately understood. John is completely the archetype for reckless bravery and valuing it in others. I think he thinks Greg is a coward. *resists urge to yell that no, Greg isn't*

Yeah, I agree. Definitely thinks House is a coward. I thought he'd be Hufflepuff initially, but. This works. Gryffindor's do seem to have strong biases against certain people. Even if, you know, those people tend to be evil. They can be self-righteous. But I thought Hufflepuff - hard-working, traditional, loyal, etc. But. The plane-flying thing, the military, the (sort of warped) sense of chivalry and morality and stuff. He's a weird Gryffindor, but it does fit.

I've been Sorted into both Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. I'd really, REALLY love to have a conversation with John (and beat him over the head with reality) about Greg. *nods*

Heh. Lily Potter told him off pretty good. Here. He's still in denial, but. With some more pushing, he might start coming around a little bit. lol We'll see how it goes in this comm.

Hehe, well, keep in mind too that the Sorting hat in hogwarts_hocus has its own sort of strange logic. For example, Homsar is a Ravenclaw (and a Professor ...) XD

Welcome to the madness!

The only character I'm any good at playing is already taken! XD

Hm, well. I've found myself dared into playing characters there I never thought I could play, and, well. XD I don't regret it.

By the way, John and Luna's conversation was the most awesome thing ever. I need to have House, Cuddy, and Wilson discuss assbabies in front of him in my fic. I think Blythe might die of lack of oxygen, though, so I'll have to create a diversion to get her out of the room...

Hey, I wanted to let you know that I'm about to apply as John from You Don't Know Me by David Klass and as you're the only player I'm familiar with over at hogwarts_hocus, I thought I'd tell you. Particularly because John House and the John I play share first names. John from my fandom (whose last name is a noticeably absent detail from the book, which I found intriguing) has a lot more common with Greg than John, but I wanted John's opinion of him--particularly because of John's thought processes that I'm very familiar with. Thought processes (or what we see of them) are very integral for me, regarding characters and it's definitely one of the reasons I love Greg. I find his point of view extremely easy to write because I identify with him very well.

Um. I'm rambling. Anyway, here's the best summary of YDKM I could find and I hope it gives John House something to say and, possibly, Greg. It'd be especially nice to have Greg help Sort John and give him someone to know. Johnny C. and Squee, of course, would also be fun, but I can't exactly ( ... )

Harrah! I'm glad you joined. Not familiar with that book, but I will read the summary you gave. This is cool. And yay, Conor Oberst icon! lol
