Where do you work that your bosses won't put in new air conditioning? Your reason doesn't sound petty at all. I can't imagine how miserable that would be in the summer.

It's the small main branch of a larger family owned company and the bosses are incredibly stingy (and have delusions of turning us into a cGMP certified facility which is never going to happen) and idk they've never outright said they won't but we know it's never going to happen. Thanks, idk in my head I keep keep hearing this whole "put up with the shit and be happy you have a job" mentality that the country has and it makes me feel like I'm just whining but honestly, it's hard to even think in that environment.

OMG I know, I've been terrible about being on LJ. Yeeeeah, I've been in the same position for a year but it's still through a temp agency.
