I've listened to Loreena McKennitt's latest album a number of times, but mostly as background music while I was working. Last night, I sat down with the lyrics book and my iPod and really listened to it. My suspicions were confirmed: it's certainly a decent album but it's not her best. Me too! The Mask and Mirror is my favourite of her albums. And she lives only an hour away from me! ;)

Well, I don't know exactly where she lives, but the town in question is only about an hour away. I suppose to someone who lives in NYC it's not that much of a novelty to have celebrities living nearby. :P
