Well, I'm finally getting some Christmas shopping done. ::wipes brow:: And if you happened to hear a weird choking sound earlier this afternoon, that was just me trying to swallow a $17 shipping & handling charge from Amazon.

Really. I never spent this much on gifts until my niece and nephews were born.

See, I told you those miles would still be waiting, hon. Glad your feeling better, but what the bloody hell did Amazon what $17 for!? ::shakes her head:: See? See why I'm always avoiding them? And when they mess up your order over the next three months it takes them to deliever their "three day mail", just you try getting that cash back. ::shakes her head:: Goodluck with that! >;-p~

Thanks so much for the vote of confidence, sis. lol Actually, the shipping was so expensive because the two items are weirdly-sized and coming from two different places in two separate shipments. And they didn't qualify for free shipping. :-( I don't usually have any problems with Amazon though; I think you're just the victim of a really persistant Online Shopping Curse. ;-)

So hey, don't bring down any bad karma on me, I'm buying my Mac through them!
