Something isn't right with me

For the past week or so, I've had a nagging, ache-like pain in my chest, one that sits fairly consistently centerline. You need to leave that place. Just so you know, if you start coughing up blood you have one of two things: Tuberculosis or Lung Cancer.

I understand that you need money to support yourself or your family, but your life should come first. How can you help yourself or them if you are prematurely killed by environmental hazards?

While I wouldn't mind alternate employment, I'd be hard pressed to find anything that pays as well (Or, uh, equally mediocre; This place doesn't pay great, but then, it's better than minimum by a bit). Unemployment also doesn't help me at all.
