In essence, he had too choices. On the one hand he could tell her and watch the chaos that resulted. On the other hand, he could just try and get rid of the problem without telling her. So when it came to the crunch, his options were stupid and he was getting nowhere fast. Toby would know what to do. But Toby wasn’t stupid enough to get stuck in the store room with CJ during a crash.
“What is it Joshua?” CJ blurted out, breaking the silence.
“Nothing.”
“Like hell it is,” She crossed her arms and leant back against the wall. “You’re staring at me funny.”
“No I’m not.” He countered childishly.
“Just stop it.”
“I’m not doing anything Claudia!” Josh cried out in frustration. But his eyes wandered back to the problem at hand. To tell, or not to tell. She was beginning to get suspicious, but he needed more time to consider the options. The problem being if he didn’t decide fast enough something could go wrong. Josh couldn’t decide whether of not to tell CJ that there was a fuzzy black spider sitting comfortably on her head.
