Hey there mademoiselle!
I'm not checking so much these days either...but thanks so much for the tips! I've been doing a bit of yoga to help - I can make you some photocopies from a book I find useful. Anyways keep in touch, maybe we'll see you at the Damo Suzuki/Riderless show if we can make it. The acupuncture is amazing but pricey - if you can get insurance coverage for it, I strongly recommend it. As for the needles - you just close your eyes and don't move (really! don't move!) so there's no chance for you to check out the needles being in you....just very nice feelings and usually a very refreshing nap.

some exciting news... i just got hired to teach at fanshawe! i'll be teaching roughly 25 hours a week. it has excellent wages too. you'll have to give me some tips. we'll talk about it some other time.

in addition, i have some friends who want to learn to knit. what do you say to possibly starting a knitting guild. i want to make my own patterns and i never put the extra time into it. if i devote a chunk of time on a bi-weekly basis i think i might actually put some action behind my words.

let me know what you think.
