Well, the doc on Wednesday had nothing concrete, but he did give me an idea of what is probably going on. I have hypermobility - loose ligaments - and it looks like that's finally taking its toll on my joints. Sunburnt, windburnt and thoroughly exhausted, but very happy - just about sums up the weekend. Today was the day of my first archery competition, AKA the club championships.
