I know it's nerve-wracking, but try not to fret too much - our solicitor advised us to get all of that for our flat, and you know how comparatively new that is! Honestly I would much rather find out about major issues at the outset and get them addressed straight away, rather than accidentally stumbling on them a few years later.

Happy to listen to you if you ever need to vent, house-buying is harrrrd.

I don't think there's really too much to worry about. I'm just all anxiety and nerves right now, although it's definitely calming down a bit.
