tonight was a nice ending to my stay in china. a few coworkers and i went out to dinner - at a vegetarian restaurant, no less! :) we enjoyed imitation peking duck (hah, see? you don't have to eat meat to enjoy this beijing specialty...) and imitation fish (which was oh-so-tasty - such a great sauce), among other vegetable dishes, and peach juice ( Read more... )
